Who is Rosie?

Rosie lives and breathes the coaching process and believes in its power to unleash human potential. She has dedicated the past 30 years to high performance coaching, wilderness expedition guiding, and leadership development for schools, organizations, and companies all over the world. Rosie spent her last 15 years as The Director and Professor of The Outdoor Adventure Leadership Program at Sierra Nevada College, a Liberal Arts School in Lake Tahoe. Sounds fun? Unapologetically, it was the funnest and most transformational degree offered.

Rosie’s extensive experience and competence in diverse and “wild” environments speaks to her dedication to personal development and to her passion and openness to change and enrich the lives of the people with whom she works. Rosie is a steward of enthusiasm. On her days off, Rosie can usually be found skiing, surfing, boating, climbing or biking with her husband, her two children (Ruby 15 and Van 12), and her dog, Tommy, near her home in South Lake Tahoe or in a far away place.
